What happened: Jackson was not on the field for the open portion of Baltimore's Wednesday session. He sat out Sunday night's game with a sprained left ankle.

Why it matters: Jackson entered the league as Baltimore's 32nd overall pick in 2018 out of Louisville. Baltimore is in the early stretch of the 2026 regular season, when quarterback availability sets the offensive plan.

What to watch: Baltimore's next practice session will show whether Jackson returns to the field.
