What happened: Lamar Jackson is back in the Baltimore Ravens' starting lineup after missing several games with a high ankle sprain. Jackson returned to practice on Oct. 22 after being sidelined since early October.

Why it matters: The Ravens enter at 4-3 and hold the ninth seed in the AFC following consecutive defeats, including a 35-13 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals on Oct. 25. Jackson's return stabilizes an offense looking to snap a two-game slide in the AFC playoff race.

By the numbers: Last season (2025), Jackson completed 192 of 302 passes for 2,549 yards with 21 touchdowns and 7 interceptions in 13 games with Baltimore. In 2026 through 7 games, the Ravens sit at 4-3.

What to watch: The Ravens face the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, Nov. 1, with kickoff scheduled for 1:00 p.m. ET.
