What happened: Ball and Anthony Edwards bring their new Timberwolves backcourt pairing to Minnesota's home floor following Friday's 115-93 win at the Orlando Magic. The matchup with the Raptors remains scheduled at 0-0 ahead of the evening broadcast.

Why it matters: Integrating Ball alongside Edwards anchors Minnesota's guard rotation after Ball joined the roster prior to the season opener in Miami. Carrying their early on-court chemistry into the home opener gives the club an opportunity to build on its unbeaten start.

What to watch: Minnesota and Toronto meet in Sunday's scheduled regular-season contest as the Timberwolves look to extend their two-game winning streak.
