What happened: Yahoo framed its Week 3 update around three items entering next week. Baltimore listed Lamar Jackson as limited at quarterback. Houston is getting Nico Collins back at receiver.

Why it matters: A limited quarterback changes mobility and play calling for Baltimore. A returning top receiver changes coverage for Houston. Health right now favors the Texans to hold up better than the Ravens.
