What happened: Logan Stankoven was featured Friday following Carolina's late-October schedule. The forward remains a focal point in the rotation after opening the month with steady offensive production. His presence continues to anchor the group's forward depth during the opening weeks of the 2026-27 regular season.

Why it matters: Stankoven's continued emergence solidifies the forward rotation as Carolina defends its Stanley Cup title. Consistent execution across the top six eases scoring pressure during a congested early-season stretch. His sustained two-way play provides stability for divisional positioning heading into November.

What to watch: Carolina continues regular-season competition as the schedule turns toward November. Stankoven is slated to maintain his regular top-six deployment.
