What happened: Jackson drew attention again during Saturday's preseason finale. He had already produced a 21-yard gain earlier in the exhibition.

Why it matters: The performance came with Jackson competing for one of perhaps two available receiver spots. Final evaluations will determine whether that work earns a place on the initial roster.

What to watch: Final receiver decisions and any subsequent practice-squad movement come next.
