What happened: Marvin Harrison Jr. passed his physical Monday, completing his move from Arizona to Houston. Arizona receives a 2027 second-round pick and a 2027 seventh-round pick originally belonging to San Francisco, while sending Harrison and a 2027 sixth-round pick to Houston. The deal reunites Harrison with former Ohio State teammate C.J. Stroud.

Why it matters: Houston adds a 23-year-old former No. 4 overall pick to its receiving corps for the stretch run. The Ohio State reunion pairs Stroud with his former college teammate after two-plus seasons apart. Arizona turns the 2024 pick into future draft capital and a late-round swap.

By the numbers: Harrison finished his Arizona tenure with 108 receptions for 1,578 yards and 13 touchdowns in 33 games. Per ESPN, he caught 41 passes for 608 yards and 4 touchdowns in 12 games in 2025. Per ESPN, Stroud completed 273 of 423 passes for 3,041 yards with 19 touchdowns and 8 interceptions in 14 games in 2025.

What to watch: Attention turns to when Harrison practices with Houston and makes his team debut. Arizona holds two 2027 selections in the deal to track toward draft positioning.
