"I do think it is an easier fix." @JasonMcCourty breaks down how the Eagles can turn their defense around ahead of thei Via @ESPNNFL on X

What happened: Jason McCourty said Philadelphia's defensive problems are an easier fix heading into the Rams matchup. The discussion centered on how the Eagles can tighten that side of the ball during Week 4 prep.

Why it matters: Philadelphia is already in Rams week, so any defensive progress now feeds directly into the game plan. How quickly that unit settles matters as the Eagles move deeper into the 2026 regular season.

What to watch: Practice work and the matchup itself will show whether the cleanup McCourty outlined starts to show up on the field. The Rams game is the next checkpoint for that turnaround.
