“He is a steady, resilient, mentally, and physically tough guy.” 🎙️ Coach McVay on Josh Wallace https://t.co/kQNpjT7cZL Via @RamsNFL on X

What happened: Rams coach Sean McVay praised cornerback Josh Wallace as steady, resilient and mentally and physically tough. Wallace joined Los Angeles out of Michigan.

Why it matters: The praise follows early-October scrutiny over the same Wallace pass-interference flag the league said should not have stood. Los Angeles kicks off in Las Vegas at 1:25 p.m. PT on Oct. 25 for Week 7, keeping secondary depth in focus.

By the numbers: In 2025 with Los Angeles, Wallace made 20 tackles with 1 interception across 15 games.

What to watch: The Oct. 25 trip to Las Vegas will show where Wallace slots in the secondary rotation.
