What happened: Green Bay Packers pass rusher Micah Parsons is still not ready to return to practice, per Tom Pelissero. His earliest potential return to game action is pushed back to the Nov. 8 matchup against the New England Patriots.

Why it matters: Green Bay placed Parsons on the Reserve/PUP list on Aug. 31, which required at least a four-game absence to open the 2026 regular season. The extended recovery keeps the defense without its primary edge presence well past the initial minimum window after he suffered the knee injury during his first season with the franchise.

What to watch: Green Bay will continue to evaluate Parsons on a week-by-week basis for practice clearance ahead of the Nov. 8 game against New England.
