What happened: Multiple women contacted police to detail abuse allegations against Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs during an investigation into a May altercation involving his former girlfriend, according to the Associated Press. Jacobs previously filed suit to block records from the May 23 altercation from public release.

Why it matters: Any potential league review under the NFL personal conduct policy could impact Green Bay's backfield rotation during the regular season. The Packers entered the week at 5-3 in NFC playoff contention, with Jacobs serving as the primary ballcarrier following a 13-touchdown campaign in 2025.

What to watch: Green Bay continues regular-season preparations while monitoring whether the league initiates a formal inquiry under its personal conduct policy.
