What happened: Collins was limited Wednesday and returned to the field Thursday ahead of Sunday's game against Dallas. Clearing the full Thursday session is the remaining step for his Week 4 availability.

Why it matters: Houston's pass game has struggled to create separation during his absence. Dallas enters Week 4 having already used 12 defensive backs while adding another cornerback this week.

By the numbers: Collins caught 71 passes for 1,117 yards and 6 touchdowns in 15 games in 2025. Drafted 89th overall in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft out of Michigan.

What to watch: Watch the Thursday participation report and Friday injury designation for final Sunday status.
