What happened: No. 20 Houston will wear 10 distinct hand-painted helmets for Saturday's game against UCF. The designs represent the eight planets of the solar system, along with the sun and Pluto.

Why it matters: The aesthetic matches the space theme for the designated Built By Houston game. The matchup creates a thematic clash with a Knights program that has embraced its own space exploration identity as Space U.

What to watch: The Cougars host the Knights at TDECU Stadium on Saturday.
