What happened: Nneka Ogwumike grabbed a rebound during the LAS-CHI broadcast on ION, moving past Candace Parker's 3,468 career rebounds for sole possession of third place on the WNBA's all-time list.

Why it matters: The rebounding mark adds to a run of career milestones for Ogwumike, who also passed Lisa Leslie for the Sparks' all-time scoring lead this week and reached 3,000 career field goals on July 11. It reinforces her standing as one of the league's most durable frontcourt players deep into the 2026 season.

What to watch: Watch where Ogwumike's rebound total sits after the LAS-CHI final and how she moves up the all-time list over the remaining July schedule.
