What happened: Dan Orlovsky tabbed Jared Goff as the best play-action quarterback in football. He said no quarterback executes the play-action pass game better right now. He also called Detroit's offense sensational.

Why it matters: Play-action execution shapes how defenses defend Detroit. Endorsement from a former NFL quarterback adds weight to Goff's standing among starters.

What to watch: Detroit's continued reliance on play-action will test that evaluation in coming weeks.
