What happened: More than 750,000 people gathered as the Milwaukee Brewers held a Friday parade in Wisconsin. According to the Milwaukee Police Department, the gathering set a record as the largest crowd for a single-day event in state history. The total turnout surpassed the municipality's entire resident population.

Why it matters: The massive civic turnout reflects the enthusiasm surrounding the franchise during its postseason run. On the field, the Milwaukee Brewers lead the series 4-1 against the Tampa Bay Rays. The event underscores widespread local support as the team continues its October schedule.

What to watch: The Brewers and Rays are scheduled to continue their matchup in Milwaukee, with first pitch set for 8:00 PM ET.
