What happened: Speaking with Jordan Schultz, Carolina Panthers tight end Tommy Tremble said quarterback Bryce Young has been "playing out of his mind" with sustained consistency. The comments accompanied a breakdown of Tremble's expanded all-around role following Carolina's 25-14 victory in Philadelphia, where Young connected with Tremble to extend a first-half lead.

Why it matters: Young, drafted first overall out of Alabama in 2023, and Tremble, selected 83rd overall out of Notre Dame in 2021, are in their fourth season together with the Panthers. Their connection across passing and blocking assignments underpins Carolina's offensive continuity during the 2026 regular season.

What to watch: Young and Tremble will look to sustain that offensive production in Carolina's next 2026 regular-season contest.
