What happened: New England deployed Mike Brown, Darius Muasau and Namdi Obiazor on four kicking-game units in Week 4. Erick Hunter opened on three units before adding punt duty.

Why it matters: Brown entered the lineup after a Sept. 26 practice-squad elevation. Hunter signed Sept. 1 as a Morgan State rookie, while Obiazor arrived as a 2026 sixth-round pick from TCU.

What to watch: Watch whether the same group holds its unit load in Week 5. Schooler's eligibility to return gives New England another kicking-game option.
