What happened: PFF posed the question of whether Josh Allen is the NFL's top quarterback in a social media post. The prompt follows PFF's own preseason rankings, which had already placed Allen at the top of the league's quarterbacks.

Why it matters: The debate arrives as Allen enters his ninth season as Buffalo's franchise quarterback, with PFF's rankings already naming him No. 1 among NFL starters. Reopening the question publicly keeps Allen at the center of offseason quarterback discourse ahead of 2026.

By the numbers: PFF's preseason rankings had Allen No. 1 among NFL starting quarterbacks, with Deshaun Watson last at No. 32.

What to watch: Expect continued offseason ranking and debate content on Allen as the Bills approach 2026 training camp.
