What happened: The Phillies announced today's game has been moved up to a 3:05 p.m. start. The matchup, part of a series against the Mets currently tied 1-1, had not begun as of the announcement.

Why it matters: The earlier start comes as Philadelphia's front office works the trade deadline, with the bullpen the club's top priority after Keller's injury. The Mets took the series opener 4-1 on July 16 before Philadelphia answered to even it at 1-1.

By the numbers: Phillies enter at 47-42 on the season, 4-1 over their last five with a one-game losing streak. Mets sit 37-52, 1-4 over their last five but riding a one-game win streak after Wednesday's 4-1 win.

What to watch: First pitch is now scheduled for 3:05 p.m. with the series finale on the line.
