What happened: The club's latest roster move brings in a pair of recruits from Major League Soccer academy systems.

Why it matters: For Rhode Island FC, the move extends a stretch of late-summer roster activity that also included Stas Korzeniowski's loan and earlier reporting on a JJ Williams deal. Doubling up on academy talent also points to a youth-development lane rather than a one-off veteran addition.

What to watch: Watch for registration and matchday usage as the two additions are integrated into the squad.
