What happened: Kraft announced a $2 million donation to the Palestinian region. The move follows his involvement in Macklemore's removal from Ed Sheeran's tour.

Why it matters: The development keeps attention on an off-field issue around one of the NFL's most visible owners as the Patriots move through the regular season. It also extends a dispute that has already resurfaced in recent Patriots coverage, including Kraft's recent comments on a Macklemore show at Gillette Stadium.

What to watch: Watch for any further comment from Kraft or the Patriots and for whether the Macklemore dispute produces another public response tied to venues or touring plans.
