What happened: Houston spent early October logging preseason reps ahead of its Macao series. The club added camp depth with two-way conversions for Phillips and Tshiebwe.

Why it matters: Final roster decisions shape rotation options entering the 2026-27 season. Durant holds a player option for 2027-28, adding long-term stakes to the start.

What to watch: Opening-night availability will confirm the rotation.
