What happened: Rodrigo De Paul and goalkeeper Dayne St. Clair earned MLS Team of the Matchday honors on Thursday. The weekly league recognition places both standouts on the top XI for the latest regular-season round.

Why it matters: The nod arrives days after St. Clair recorded an Oct. 11 shutout in net. Landing two players on the weekly league honor roll highlights the tandem's form at both ends of the pitch.

What to watch: De Paul and St. Clair project to anchor the starting XI again in the next MLS regular-season fixture.
