What happened: The New Orleans Saints carried 10 names on their final practice-week injury report as Week 4 moved into the weekend. The update keeps availability in flux heading into Monday night's game in New Orleans.

Why it matters: Friday's designations are the clearest late-week snapshot of who could be limited or unavailable, which can reshape rotations on both sides of the ball. It also keeps injury management front and center for the Saints, who were already dealing with a midweek injury report ahead of their Raiders game last month.

What to watch: Weekend updates and the inactive list will settle the final availability picture for Week 4. Any follow-up roster move would sharpen how much of the injury load carries into Monday night.
