What happened: The New Orleans Saints studied French earlier this week before adapting their signature rallying cry for local fans on Friday.

Why it matters: The international trip pairs local outreach with an effort to climb the regular-season standings after snapping an early losing skid.

By the numbers: New Orleans sits at 2-4 overall (10th seed, W1 streak) following a 34-27 road victory on Oct. 18.

What to watch: The Saints play in Paris on Sunday ahead of the Nov. 10 NFL trade deadline.
