What happened: Seattle coach Mike Macdonald said the early returns on Rashid Shaheed's knee were positive, with imaging results still pending. Shaheed did not return to Sunday's game against Kansas City. Seattle closed a 20-3 win without him.

Why it matters: Shaheed is part of Seattle's receiver rotation on a 4-3 team sitting eighth in the conference. Availability at receiver shapes the offense coming out of a defensive win over Kansas City.

By the numbers: Shaheed caught 59 passes for 687 yards and 2 touchdowns in 18 games in 2025, split between New Orleans and Seattle. Seattle is 4-3 after the 20-3 final against Kansas City on Oct. 25.

What to watch: Seattle awaits imaging results and the next injury report for an updated game status. Practice participation will clarify short-term availability.
