Playing the right way and giving back home 🙌 Spoon’s award includes an equipment grant for the Pensacola Seahawks Sport Via @Seahawks on X

What happened: The grant directs funding to the Pensacola Seahawks Sports Association. Friday's announcement arrived alongside a series of roster moves in which Seattle activated running back Zach Charbonnet from the physically unable to perform list and promoted wide receiver Irvin Charles from the practice squad after releasing cornerback Trevon Diggs.

Why it matters: Charbonnet returns from July 22 knee surgery to reinforce an offense that lost tight end Elijah Arroyo for the remainder of the 2026 season due to shoulder surgery. Seattle is working to stabilize its roster following its recent trip to Denver.

By the numbers: Seattle Seahawks: 3-3 record, L2 streak, No. 8 seed; lost 14-17 at the Denver Broncos on Oct. 15, 2026.

What to watch: Seattle prepares for upcoming games against the Chiefs and Bears prior to the Nov. 10 NFL trade deadline.
