What happened: Responding to Ben Davis's claim that a prime Daniel Cormier would beat 98 percent of active light heavyweights and heavyweights, Sheehan argued that today's top fighters would defeat the retired champion in his own era.

Why it matters: Cormier's career defeats came against Stipe Miocic at heavyweight and Jon Jones, who recently traded doping accusations with Islam Makhachev. In his current role on the UFC broadcast desk, Cormier was also backed by Dana White on Oct. 14 after White rejected Alex Pereira's claim that the promotion told Cormier to push a Gane-Hokit matchup tied to UFC 334.

What to watch: The active heavyweight and light heavyweight divisions continue to move forward following UFC 333 at Etihad Arena, where Alexander Volkov improved to 41-11-0 by submission and Dominick Reyes moved to 17-5-0 with a first-round finish.
