What happened: Nick Sirianni pointed repeatedly to the statement Philadelphia issued Thursday on Jalen Hurts. Sirianni said Hurts' health is of the utmost importance and offered no further detail.

Why it matters: Hurts threw for 3,224 yards with 25 touchdowns and 6 interceptions across 16 games in 2025. Philadelphia signed quarterback Joe Milton off the Cowboys practice squad this week.

What to watch: Philadelphia's next practice report will clarify Hurts' participation status. Sunday's inactive list will confirm his availability.
