What happened: Hawks chief executive Steve Koonin told ESPN the building needs three-plus hours to change courts, cameras and seating. The swap runs from Dream to Hawks configuration on the shared double-header date at State Farm Arena.

Why it matters: The Finals stint gives Atlanta a larger building for the title round while keeping the NBA home date intact. Sharing one venue on one day forces the showcase into a tight operational window.

What to watch: Crews face the first turnaround on Wednesday for Game 3, with the later shared date still being worked out.
