What happened: Serving as the guest picker on College GameDay in Provo, former Brigham Young quarterback Steve Young shared that he held a secret love for the UCLA Bruins growing up. Young offered the admission while selecting the Bruins over the Wisconsin Badgers ahead of their scheduled matchup.

Why it matters: The pregame nod connects Young's college football commentary with UCLA's ongoing program reset under Bob Chesney during regular-season Big Ten play. The Wisconsin Badgers and UCLA Bruins enter the scheduled contest at 0-0.

What to watch: UCLA hosts Wisconsin in a scheduled regular-season matchup with the game currently at 0-0.
