What happened: Oklahoma City Thunder played without Jalen Williams, Luguentz Dort, Cason Wallace, Aaron Wiggins and Isaiah Joe. The five each ranked among nine to play at least 200 minutes in the 2025 postseason title run. Oklahoma City beat LA Clippers 108-101 in the final.

Why it matters: Absence on that scale removes over half of a proven championship rotation. Depth pieces now carry starter-level responsibility during the title defense.

By the numbers: FINAL: LA Clippers 101, Oklahoma City Thunder 108. Game-high scorer: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander with 34 points (34 PTS, 6 REB, 5 AST). Ajay Mitchell: 18 PTS, 6 REB, 4 AST.

What to watch: Availability updates for Williams, Dort, Wallace, Wiggins and Joe come next. Minutes distribution until they return will define the rotation.
