What happened: Oklahoma City used a camp-themed post to highlight its rookie group ahead of the 2026-27 preseason. The mention arrived as the team shifted from offseason schedule rollout into training-camp content.

Why it matters: Preseason camp is where rookie impressions start carrying into exhibition rotations and early depth-chart decisions. Even a light camp spotlight can gain weight quickly once official practice notes and preseason lineups begin to surface.

What to watch: Watch for formal camp updates that attach names, roles and rotation clues to the rookie group. Preseason usage will show whether any newcomer is pushing for early minutes.
