What happened: The Minnesota Timberwolves evened their playoff series against the San Antonio Spurs at 2-2 with a Game 4 win on home floor, behind a standout performance from Anthony Edwards. The series now shifts back to San Antonio for a pivotal Game 5. Edwards dedicated the performance to his late mother, Yvette, on Mother's Day.

Why it matters: A 2-2 series flips home-court advantage decisively in San Antonio's favor heading into Game 5, but Minnesota has avoided going down 3-1 and reset the series as a best-of-three. Edwards reasserting himself as the offensive engine — after his comments about dunking on a healthy Wembanyama — adds star-driven momentum and intensifies the matchup with Victor Wembanyama, who was ejected from Game 4.

What to watch: Watch Game 5 in San Antonio with the series flipped to a best-of-three and Wembanyama's status and disciplinary review after his Game 4 ejection in focus. Edwards' usage and Minnesota's ability to steal a road game will define the series arc.
