What happened: Mercedes chief Toto Wolff sharply rejected suggestions that the team is favoring Kimi Antonelli over George Russell this season. He stated that those pushing the conspiracy theory are "brainless" and suggested they watch Teletubbies instead of Formula 1.

Why it matters: The blunt remarks arrive amid growing external scrutiny regarding the team's internal dynamics. Wolff previously noted that Russell struggled with Antonelli's pace early in 2026, which fueled speculation about preferential treatment.

What to watch: Russell prepares to take a back-of-grid penalty for the Singapore Grand Prix following a previous engine failure.
