What happened: Tyrese Haliburton will not play in Saturday's preseason game against the Atlanta Hawks. Coach Rick Carlisle stated the point guard sustained a mild tweak of his right ankle during a recent exhibition in Ames.

Why it matters: An MRI on the ankle looked good. He could return to practice as early as Monday.

What to watch: The team will evaluate his availability prior to their next scheduled practice session.
