What happened: The Golden State Warriors waived Alex Toohey, Tyler Burton, and Dalen Terry on Saturday, per Marc J. Spears and Warriors PR. The roster move arrived shortly after the Golden State Valkyries recognized Toohey on the Chase Center scoreboard during the WNBA Finals.

Why it matters: The preseason departures trim the camp roster following the preseason work Toohey logged with Golden State earlier this month. Moving on from Toohey, Burton, and Terry clears space as the Warriors finalize their rotation ahead of the upcoming NBA season.

What to watch: Toohey, Burton, and Terry now hit the waiver wire as Golden State completes its final preseason roster cuts before Opening Night.
