So far we have the following players ruled OUT Week 4: - Aaron Donald - Justin Jefferson - Breece Hall - AD Mitchell - Via @JamesPalmerTV on X

What happened: Justin Jefferson, Jayden Daniels, Caleb Williams and Breece Hall were among the notable Week 4 absences, with Aaron Donald, Christian Gonzalez and Terrance Ferguson also ruled out. Earlier reporting had already pointed to Jefferson missing Minnesota's game against Miami, and Marcus Mariota is set to start again for Daniels.

Why it matters: The list strips multiple offenses of projected starters, including a No. 1 receiver, two quarterbacks and a lead running back, ahead of Sunday's games. It also sharpens the focus on contingency plans in Chicago and Washington after Williams and Daniels carried doubtful or questionable tags earlier in the week.

By the numbers: The eight-player list includes two quarterbacks, two wide receivers, one running back, one cornerback, one tight end and one defensive lineman.

What to watch: Watch the final inactive lists for any additional late scratches around those matchups. Replacement plans in Chicago and Washington should drive the next round of Week 4 updates.
