What happened: Dana White rejected Pereira's claim that the UFC directed Daniel Cormier to promote Ciryl Gane vs. Josh Hokit for UFC 334. White said he has never told Cormier what to say, calling fighters "the most paranoid people on the planet.

Why it matters: The exchange centers on the UFC 334 booking, with White and Cormier both now publicly denying coordination. It puts commentary independence in focus while Pereira remains an active UFC star voice around matchmaking.

What to watch: Watch whether Gane vs. Hokit is confirmed for UFC 334. Any further response from Pereira will determine whether the dispute closes.
