What happened: The Chicago White Sox kept the postseason push going Thursday with a short rallying cry around White Sox baseball. It came after the club's celebration and before its next game in October.

Why it matters: Chicago is carrying momentum after its first postseason victory since 2005. The next meaningful turn comes quickly, with the White Sox set to open ALDS play Saturday.

What to watch: Saturday's opener will show whether Chicago can turn the surge into a deeper postseason run.
