What happened: Caleb Williams and Lamar Jackson head a Week 6 fantasy injury watch that also includes A.J. Brown and Saquon Barkley. The four enter the weekend as lineup considerations during the NFL regular season.

Why it matters: All four hold starting roles that drive weekly scoring at quarterback, receiver and running back. Any absence would shift depth charts and change Week 6 game plans.

What to watch: Watch final practice participation and game-day status before Week 6 lineups lock.
