What happened: Zay Flowers has been downgraded to out for Baltimore's scheduled game against New Orleans. The game has not started, so the scoreboard remains 0-0. Baltimore already made the late status change official because of Flowers' hamstring injury.

Why it matters: A late downgrade like this matters because it forces Baltimore to adjust its passing plan right before kickoff. If the Ravens still look sharp without Flowers, the concern fades fast. If the offense stalls, this matchup becomes a real check on how sturdy Baltimore actually is.
