What happened: San Francisco's NFL club wished Golden State luck ahead of basketball opening night. The Warriors start the 2025-26 schedule tonight in Los Angeles.

Why it matters: The wish highlights the public Bay Area tie between the football and basketball teams. It carries no standings or roster effect entering opening night.

What to watch: Golden State begins the 2025-26 run in Los Angeles.
