What happened: PFF charted Abdul Carter with the league's top pressure rate from true pass sets this season among defenders with at least 100 pass rush snaps. Aidan Hutchinson trailed Carter by 1.2 percentage points.

Why it matters: Carter's efficiency marks a major second-year leap after he totaled 43 tackles and four sacks across 17 games in 2025. Hutchinson continues to maintain elite disruption after posting 54 tackles and 14.5 sacks during the 2025 campaign.

What to watch: Carter and Hutchinson will look to sustain their pass-rushing efficiency as midseason protection schemes adjust to neutralize edge pressure.
