What happened: Young delivered a three-quarter-court alley-oop pass to Dybantsa during Wednesday's 2026-27 regular-season game. The finish marked the first made field goal of Dybantsa's NBA career.

Why it matters: The milestone pairs Dybantsa with the same Trae Young who called him the future face of the league on Oct. 19. Establishing early on-court chemistry between the 28-year-old playmaker and the rookie sets the foundation for their offensive pairing in the opening week of the season.

What to watch: Dybantsa looks to build on his first career field goal alongside Young as the 2026-27 regular-season schedule continues.
