What happened: The Atlanta Braves are turning Saturday into a City Connect day, donning their alternate City Connect uniforms for their home game against the Milwaukee Brewers. The club promoted the occasion to fans under its #BravesCountry banner ahead of first pitch.

Why it matters: City Connect days have become a recurring fan-engagement hook around the league, and Atlanta is leaning into the look for a marquee weekend matchup between two of the National League's stronger clubs. The uniform spotlight comes with the Braves and Brewers separated by only a couple of games in the standings, adding stakes to the series beyond the alternate threads.

What to watch: Watch how the series plays out over the weekend, and whether the City Connect promotion draws the kind of crowd response that has followed similar nights elsewhere this season.
