What happened: First-round pick Brayden Burries will wear No. 0 for his rookie campaign. The jersey assignment follows his recent exhibition showcase in Las Vegas.

Why it matters: The uniform reveal serves as a standard administrative step as the lottery selection prepares for his first professional training camp. The rookie heads toward the preseason looking to build upon the momentum generated during July tournament action.

By the numbers: During Summer League play, Burries averaged 23.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 4.3 assists, and 2.0 steals per contest on 50.0 percent shooting from the field.

What to watch: Organized team activities and training camp will commence this fall ahead of the 2026-27 regular season.
