What happened: Brock Bowers remained out at Raiders practice Thursday after knee surgery last week. Adam Schefter reported that the tight end has not practiced at all since the procedure.

Why it matters: The missed session keeps the return timeline in focus after Schefter said Sept. 13 that Bowers could miss only one game. For Las Vegas, each practice absence trims the runway for getting a central pass-catching piece back into the offense.

What to watch: The next practice report will show whether Bowers can get any on-field work before Las Vegas' upcoming game. Another missed session would keep the pressure on the Raiders to plan for more snaps without him.
