Sounds like he’s doing too much thinking. Via @WerderEdNFL on X

What happened: Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix said his biggest battle right now is wanting to stay aggressive without overthinking. He repeated wanting to be aggressive three times while describing the tension in his decision-making.

Why it matters: Nix, the 12th overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft out of Oregon, drives Denver's offensive direction in the 2026 regular season. His ability to play fast while protecting the ball will shape scoring output and the Broncos' position in the AFC.

By the numbers: In 17 games in 2025, Nix completed 388 of 612 passes for 3,931 yards with 25 touchdowns and 11 interceptions.

What to watch: Denver faces Seattle in Denver on Thursday in Week 6, an immediate test of whether the offense plays looser.
